UN experts say constitutional changes in Cambodia impinge on democracy
On 20 February 2018, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva has posted a news release to express the grave concern of their experts regarding the proposed changes to Cambodia’s Constitution which impose far-reaching limits on democracy a head of a national election this year, and beyond.
